A Brief Overview
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for conducting and delivering data analysis and requirements to solve business problems through data solutions. In this role, you will work directly with internal business partners and Information Architects from various functions and levels within the organization to implement data solutions.

- Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with business units to gather and document business requirements.
Work with IT and data teams to design and implement data solutions.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.
Identify data-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Gather and document business requirements and use cases to inform the development and maintenance of conceptual data models.
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization to drive impactful results.

The salary range for this role is $67,500 to $162,100. The candidate's final salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, education, work location and experience.
A candidate's compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet's corporate bonus plan.
