Our client is hiring a Workday Talent Administrator that will help design, implement, and maintain configurations and business processes within the Workday Talent and Performance Module. This professional’s expertise in Workday will enable them to optimize, reports, validate updates, configure, and troubleshoot issues to meet the needs of the teams they will be supporting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for configuration, maintenance, data loads, and optimization of Workday software.
- Responsible for being knowledgeable regarding the Workday roadmap and upcoming product releases, reviewing release notes, assessing new features, and understanding the impacts on business processes and fundamental changes in functionality.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to Workday functionality, data integrity, and system integrations.
- Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Monitor and track progress on Workday support tickets and collaborate and support functional leads with escalated issues.
- Troubleshoot complex issues or problems related to the recruiting business process regularly.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business, Computer Science, Math or related field, or equivalent technical training/certification; work experience demonstrating technical competency may be substituted for formal education.
- At least five (5) years in Workday as HRIS
- At least seven (7) years experience in an HR technical environment. Experience with HR systems and processes supporting business customers, end users, and IS staff.
- Expert knowledge of systems and data analysis and display techniques.
- Experience with complete software development life-cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with data structures and processes.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM module.
- Hand-on experience with Workday Talent and Performance module.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working as a systems and data analyst within a healthcare setting.
- Experience with clinical, hospital and/or financial applications and/or systems.
- Workday-specific training and certification in multiple subject areas within People and Culture (HR).
- Excellent communication, change management, organizational skills, and problem-solving
- Progressively responsible work experience as a Systems or Reporting Analyst or equivalent.
- Experience managing medium to large projects using standard project management skills, tools, and methodologies.

- Experience supporting Workday integrations.
Salary : $125,000 - $155,000
