As part of our team, you'll help create and execute impactful promotional campaigns that inspire donations and raise awareness for vital causes. Responsibilities : Develop, coordinate, and execute fundraising and promotional campaigns that engage the community and drive donations to support local charities. Create and implement engaging promotional materials that resonate with our mission and goals. Assist in the setup of events and fundraising activities, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and deliver memorable experiences. Build and nurture relationships with charity partners, stakeholders, and community businesses to foster collaboration and increase donations. Support the marketing and communications team to promote upcoming events and initiatives, contributing ideas for outreach and visibility. Monitor and report on event outcomes, helping the team refine strategies for future campaigns. Requirements : A college degree in nonprofit management, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, but 1-2 years of relevant experience or internship work will also be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that events and initiatives are executed flawlessly. A proactive, results-driven approach, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to a positive team culture. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events and special projects. Outstanding time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
