Job Title: Numerical Control Programmer 3
Location: Chandler, AZ (On-Site)
Contract Duration: 12 months (possible extension)
Overtime: Up to 10 hours/month
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled NC Programmer to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines (3/5-axis mills, multi-axis lathes), as well as mentoring less-experienced operators. You will develop machining programs, improve processes, and ensure quality production while adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Program and operate multi-axis lathes and mills (Mori-Seiki, Haas).
- Analyze engineering drawings, select cutting tools, and test/modify programs.
- Mentor and train less-experienced team members in CNC programming and operations.
- Collaborate effectively and provide constructive feedback to improve processes.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of CNC programming and setup experience.
- Proficient in NX CAM (preferred) or MasterCAM.
- Experience with multi-axis lathes (Mori-Seiki), 3/5-axis mills (Haas).
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour
