Your mission with us:
- With passion and drive, you are leading a team of highly skilled technical specialists and are their motivator as well as their biggest supporter. Your responsibility lies in leading people and managing business.
- You are an embedded part of the team and actively work in daily business, mainly in the area of presales. You will also collaborate closely with our sales talents, initiating and driving sustainable growth.
- You are a master in creating processes and workflows for your team, while keeping our corporate guidelines in mind
- Sharing is caring. Therefore, you write documentation and actively support knowledge-sharing within your tribe and beyond.
- You are a communication professional and easily present information to a variety of people. If things ever get heated, you know how to navigate through the fire unscathed.
- You directly report to our Technical Services Manager in Europe
What we wish for:
- Several years of experience in technical presales within the IT industry, preferably at software development companies
- You can score points with basic IT services such as Linux/Windows, mail, DNS, network and Active Directory
- You have experience in the field of server virtualization (especially VMware, optionally Hyper-V) as well as troubleshooting skills in the field of networking (TCP/IP, routing)
- You are experienced in working with data centers and you are familiar with NAS services on enterprise storage systems. You have already worked with NetApp ONTAP, Dell Unity, Dell PowerStore and/or Dell PowerScale. A big plus if you have experience in the Microsoft storage environment.
- Knowing the difference between managing and leading – you are an experienced and honest leader, bringing out the best in your people and leading them to success with joint efforts and by example
- High flexibility towards work and daily business is an opportunity for you to thrive in diverse tasks
- Willingness to travel as needed
