You will also collaborate closely with our sales talents, initiating and driving sustainable growth. Therefore, you write documentation and actively support knowledge-sharing within your tribe and beyond. You are a communication professional and easily present information to a variety of people. You directly report to our Technical Services Manager in Europe What we wish for : Several years of experience in technical presales within the IT industry, preferably at software development companies You can score points with basic IT services such as Linux / Windows, mail, DNS, network and Active Directory You have experience in the field of server virtualization (especially VMware, optionally Hyper-V) as well as troubleshooting skills in the field of networking (TCP / IP, routing) NAS services on enterprise storage systems are nothing new to you and you have already worked with NetApp ONTAP, Dell Unity, Dell PowerStore and / or Dell PowerScale. It is advantageous if you also have experience in the Microsoft storage environment.
