Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance quality of care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve departmental goals
Work Schedule: Flexible schedule, including night calls from 7pm-7am.
Patient Volume: Average 6 patients per day.
Procedures:
- Ventilation management
- Central line placement
- Tube placement
- Swing bed management
- Cardiac rehabilitation
- Outpatient infusions
- Wound care
