Accounts Payable Integration Specialist / Denver, CO
A day in the life
Prologis is looking for an AP Integration Specialist to join our team and make an immediate impact! This role will be responsible for driving the integration and automation between AP and our 3rd party partners, identifying and implementing process improvements, and ensuring seamless integration and reconciliation of data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work with a team of 2-3 AP Integration Specialists
- Ensure that all new utility accounts and sites are coded and paid by our 3rd party partners in a timely manner
- Process reclasses for utility and insurance invoices and aide in preventing future reclasses
- Reconcile utility accounts and clear reconciling differences timely
- Execute automated FM voucher processing, identify vendors to onboard into the program and assist in implementing processes to ensure correct coding
- Analyze and resolve PO discrepancies while collaborating with property and project managers
- Address Level 2 ServiceNow tickets related to integration and automation inquiries
- Perform the upload process of vouchers into our system and resolve errors from existing integrations
- Help the team run the recurring contract process
- Logging and vouchering wires in collaboration with the Cash Management Team
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with teammates, property managers, customers and accountants to find additional automation opportunities
- Other duties as assigned

Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with relevant AP experience or Bachelor's degree in Business related field (Accounting or Finance preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word), PeopleSoft (preferred) and adept at learning new systems
- Experience building reports with Cloud Based computing, specifically Sigma, is preferred
- Analytical thinker with the ability to research, problem solve, and resolve reconciling items
- Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to complete assigned work accurately and timely
- Exceptionally strong communicator with proven ability to work in a collaborative manner across numerous functions and departments
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks and/or projects in a fast-paced environment at one time along with the ability to embrace change and take initiative
- Demonstrates ability to learn and then routinely apply policies and procedures without daily instruction and under general supervision
- Provide a high degree of customer service to internal customers and the field offices and be cognizant of situations to be elevated to supervisor

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to confidently, clearly and concisely communicate issues and suggested resolutions with management and internal audiences

- Show tact, discretion, confidentiality and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation.
Hiring Salary Range of: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
