This position is 2nd Shift
Job responsibilities :
- Manage employee relations at the site -including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, and removal from assignments
- Train and maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll is accurate
- Provide productivity, attendance, and other reports at the client's request
- Act as a liaison between the branch / office and the client
- Deliver superior customer service and develop relationships with supervisors and associates
- Other duties as assigned
