We are a tight knit crew, like Keanu Reeves in the movie Point Break. In the daytime, they surfed the waves while they moonlighted as bank robbers at night. They concealed their identity by wearing former presidents’ masks (Ronald Reagan, Richard Nixon, etc).
We’re looking for a highly creative person for experimental work in our design/woodshop. No two of our projects are identical so we are looking for a high-concept thinker who can turn ideas into reality. We build stuff like battlebots, surfboards, teardrop campers, convert old bicycles to electric, build industrial grade furniture, rebuild old step-side chevy in a nascar truck, etc. The sky's the limit.
Character is a big deal for us. We like fast cars, big trucks, fitness, motocross, hiking, surfing..basically anything adventurous. There are no-egos here by the way. The bottomline is that we hire people who believe in self-improvement, always pushing themselves to be a better version of themselves. Accountability is huge for us. Therefore, you must possess self-awareness. We perform at a high level and you must know how to complete projects. Every project we tackle, we don't know how to do it. But we find a way by any means necessary.
Bonus points if you have design skills like photoshop, illustrator and skills to work a laser printer. .

- Be able to pass the State of Michigan required background check
- Must be 18 years of age and have at minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess and maintain a valid Michigan's driver license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
