This position is a hybrid position with three days in the office and two days remote. Our Shared Service office is located in Alexandria, MN.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced Shared Service environment providing Accounts Payable support for ProMach North American Divisions.
- Create new suppliers and update existing suppliers in various ERP’s as needed.
- Respond timely and accurately to Divisional personnel, suppliers, or other customers to resolve issues or answer questions.
- Follow standard operating procedures, and internal controls, including obtaining appropriate documentation to support supplier changes.
- Assist in preparation of 1099 reporting.
- Support the AP Helpdesk by resolving supplier inquiries.
- Perform other tasks as requested by Supervisor.
Requirements:
- 2 or 4 year accounting degree preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable or related field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Technical aptitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft products, including Excel.
- Detail oriented, accountable, and has a strong work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and service levels to achieve results.
