As the Director of Sales, Process Solutions, you will develop and implement sales strategies while leading and developing a national sales team. You focus on relationship; with our customers and with your team. You will utilize data analysis to inform the sales strategy set to support the Business Unit goals and provide world class solutions to our customers.
Are you motivated by this work?
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects within identified industries or at specific customers, focused on food and beverage industries
- Lead and manage a national sales team, setting expectations, training, coaching for development and sales target achievement
- Refine market strategies, based on data analysis of submarket trends, translating findings into focused business development strategies aligned with key growth opportunities, to meet revenue and margin goals, collaborating with other departments for a cohesive go to market strategy
- Analyze backlog and revenue targets, set sales goals aligned with annual plans, collaborating with internal stakeholders on planning, managing ProMach’s pricing tool for accurate project quoting and risk management
- Support internal processes, such as ProLead, to prioritize projects aligning with growth strategy, ensuring accuracy in opportunity qualification and pricing to maximize profitability
- Lead client negotiations for contracts, as needed, and develop a comprehensive process to manage client agreements
- Implement and demonstrate consultative, solution-based selling techniques to address client needs to develop tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set product/project scope parameters, establish pricing policies and negotiating contracts to drive profitability

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Five (5) or more years experience in a Sales Leader role over a team selling engineered solutions
- Proven track record in leading sales efforts of capital solution investments, both through internal and agent networks
- Willingness to travel up to fifty (50) percent
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in selling process engineered solutions to the food, beverage or dairy industries
