ID Technology is seeking an IT Systems Technician II. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will also train computer users and maintain daily performance of computer systems.

Does this work interest you?

• Resolve complex incidents according to company/corporate policy
  • Advanced provisioning/deprovisioning user accounts across multiple applications
  • Manage user permissions across multiple applications
  • Install, move, add, or change new hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware and software issues
  • Comprehensive note-taking and time tracking in incidents
  • Escalation and follow-up on tasks as needed
• Effective communication with end users and stakeholders
• Coordinate with corporate IT on high-level issues and projects
• Perform and oversee maintenance tasks
  • Software updates and patch management
  • Hardware lifecycle management
  • User account and permission audits
  • Oversee cell phone rollouts
  • Conduct and document disaster recovery testing
• Telecom diagnosis, support, and optimization
• Mobile phone support and management
• Provide mentorship and training to Level I Technicians

• 3-5 years experience working IT support, Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverables
• Self-motivated and eager to excel in your work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Server OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows (8,10), Microsoft Office 365, and Apple iOS
• Ability to troubleshoot basic computer hardware
• Experience with basic networking (routing, switching, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
