A Pre-Press Manager effectively and efficiently As the Pre-Press Manager, you will oversee the standardization of color management strategies and ensure consistency and quality across all graphic outputs….

• Team Development: Build and manage a geographically dispersed graphics team, fostering collaboration and communication among team members.

• Color Management: Develop and implement standardized color management strategies, ensuring color accuracy and consistency across all platforms and media.

• Process Optimization: Evaluate and streamline pre-press workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Training: Provide guidance and training to the graphics team on color management, pre-press software, and best practices. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality control procedures for all pre-press activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Technology Oversight: Stay updated on the latest advancements in pre-press and color management technologies, recommending and implementing new tools as needed.

 Who we’re looking for?

• Proven experience as a Pre-Press Manager or similar role in the graphics or printing industry.
• Strong expertise in color management processes, including ICC profiling, color calibration, and print standards.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Esko, Hybrid or similar.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing remote teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Knowledge of G7 or similar color standards and certification.
• Experience with variable data printing or digital workflows.
