ProMach's Quest Industrial is seeking an experienced Technical Writer / Mechanical Designer. In this role, you’ll produce and maintain high-quality documentation of our equipment and components for robotic packaging systems. You’ll be part of a highly talented team at Quest that is passionate about providing innovative robotic solutions for our customers.

Are you passionate about this work?

• Produce high-quality documentation (manuals, appendices, operating and maintenance instructions, etc.) that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Work with internal teams (Engineering, Production, Aftermarket) to obtain an in-depth understanding of our robotic systems / cells and the technical documentation requirements. Gather and research information.
• Obtain technical input and review of content from various subject matter experts prior to production of final documentation.
• Analyze existing and potential content for improvement opportunities.
• Design and model minor parts and assemblies in Engineering design software.
• Assist in the ECN (Engineering Chance Notice) process through revision of parts and assembles while ensuring updates are maintained.
• Create critical spare parts lists and complete other tasks assigned by the Engineering Manager.
