The CNC Machinist for ProMach’s HMC division contributes to the company's success by manufacturing parts according to drawings, maintaining raw material inventory per inventory control policies, and maintaining machinery through proper preventative maintenance. We offer a modern, clean, safe and climate-controlled facility.
Are you passionate about this work?
- Operating & Programming Haas CNC mill and lathe machines safely and productively
- Ability to do your setups and produce quality parts from drawings with minimal supervision.
- Plans machining by studying detailed / complex blueprints and work orders; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD & T)
- Download / edit programs by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and conditional switches. Calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry and trigonometry; proving part programs.
- Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part and sample work pieces.
- Partner with engineering on R & D projects
- Maintain Quality Control through inspections
- Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly

Salary Range : $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
