PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of Precision Metal Components in Elgin , IL .
We are now hiring CNC Set Up / Line Maintenance Technicians who are team players, versatile, and dependable!
Pay rate : $24.00 - $28 per hour (depending on experience)
1st shift Monday-Friday 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm
CNC Set Up / Line Maintenance Technicians Job Summary
- Make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performance
- Set up machinery and equipment according to instructions
- Troubleshoot minor issues
- Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
- Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area
- Focus on Quality Improvement and Root Cause Analysis
- Support Machine Operators during their production and trouble shoot areas in production.
- Report all areas of concern to Managers.
- Focus on monthly and daily Safety topics to help reduce risks
- Get involved in production requirements and the goals to minimize scrap.
- Assist in training new operators in the operation of equipment
