About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Production Platform Support Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our Generative AI platform and the applications running on it. This role requires a deep understanding of Azure DevOps, Python, debugging, and various Azure services. The candidate will also need to be proficient in prompt engineering and REST API infrastructure and have experience with MongoDB, Kubernetes, and Docker on Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Azure DevOps: Monitor and manage the DevOps pipeline, identify and resolve issues, and ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Python Programming: Develop, debug, and maintain scripts and applications to support platform operations.
- Debugging Skills: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across the platform, including applications deployed on Azure, AKS, and VMs.
- Prompt Engineering: Develop and optimize prompts for Generative AI models, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- LLM Understanding: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
- Azure OpenAI: Manage subscriptions, understand main subscription elements, and ensure compliance with Azure OpenAI services.
- REST API Management: Handle infrastructure, connection, authorization, and authentication for REST APIs.
- MongoDB: Perform user-level operations and manage MongoDB instances on Azure.
- Kubernetes on Azure: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters on Azure.
- Docker on Azure: Manage Docker containers and ensure their smooth operation on Azure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Azure DevOps: Proficient in managing CI/CD pipelines, identifying issues, and ensuring optimal traffic flow.
- Python: Strong programming skills in Python for developing and debugging scripts and applications.
- Debugging: Excellent debugging skills to diagnose and resolve platform issues.
- Azure Services: Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Virtual Machines (VMs), and other Azure services.
- Prompt Engineering: Understanding of prompt engineering and how Generative AI platforms work.
- LLMs: Knowledge of Large Language Models and their practical applications.
- Azure OpenAI: Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, including subscription management and key elements.
- REST API: Experience with REST API infrastructure, connection, authorization, and authentication.
- MongoDB: User-level operations and Azure administration of MongoDB.
- Kubernetes: Proficient in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters on Azure.
- Docker: Experience with Docker container management on Azure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Azure, Kubernetes, or Docker.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role supporting Generative AI platforms.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
