GenAI Platform Support Expert End-to-End Troubleshooter
Job Description:
Seeking a highly experienced and self-driven expert who can own the full lifecycle of GenAI platform support.
This role requires deep hands-on knowledge across infrastructure, application code, DevOps, prompt engineering, and LLM operations. You ll be the escalation point for critical issues when APIs break, functionalities fail, or users face problems and must know how to identify root causes across integrated systems.
Overall 6 Years in Platform support and at least 3 in GenAI Platform Support
Primary Skills:
- Strong understanding of GenAI use cases, LLM deployment patterns
- Azure DevOps (CI/CD, Infra Monitoring)
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker
- Python (strong debugging, utilities, prompt manipulation)
- Prompt Engineering for LLMs
- Azure OpenAI (Quota mgmt, subscription, model usage)
- REST APIs (end-to-end: Auth, Infra, Call Flow)
- MongoDB (User-level ops, config, admin)
Secondary Skills:
- Application Support & Triage experience
- Java/Spring Boot debugging capability
- App Insights, Azure Monitoring Tools
- Communication & cross-team collaboration during incidents
