What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Consultant position at Promark Partners?
We have an immediate opening for a Leasing Consultant of a brand new, upscale apartment community located in Conroe, Texas.
Candidate must be professional, well-spoken, possess superior customer service skills and have the ability to market and lease apartments.
Main daily duties include:
- Meet and greet clients and prospective residents;
- Walk vacant apartment units to ensure readiness for tours/showings;
- Assist prospects in the rental application process;
- Perform market research on other comparable communities
- Assist in monitoring property curb appeal;
- Assist in market outreach to outside agencies/companies;
- Accept rental payments and enter resident maintenance requests;
- Assist in resident activities;
- Other duties as assigned by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager
Prior leasing, sales and/or marketing. Must have basic knowledge of local and federal laws/regulations and attend fair housing training.
