What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Promark Partners?
We have an opening for a full-time Maintenance Technician to provide service for an apartment community located in Conroe. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years in residential apartment maintenance. Knowledge of turnover, plumbing, electrical & carpentry. HVAC certification is a plus. Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license.
