Seeking a Retention/Conversion Specialist who can juggle multiple responsibilities—from patient retention to follow-up and sales. In this role, you will support our franchises by scheduling treatments and staying in constant communication with the Marketing Team. Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Follow-Up & Sales:
- Proactively engage with patients through SMS, email, and phone.
- Nurture patients through the sales funnels. Converting patients into appointments.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to appointment.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Serve as point of contact for patients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Balance multiple tasks and priorities, effectively managing several sales funnels at once.
- Organize and maintain reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage patients at all levels.
A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
Strong business acumen and creative problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Sales Software understanding and the ability to retain new skills.
Willingness to travel to the East Coast.

Pay will start at a base salary of Colorado minimum wage with $20 commission for each successful appointment made paid monthly.
