POSITION SUMMARY
The Application Support Specialist will provide in-person application support, analysis, troubleshooting and escalations related to software for ProMed’s internal staff at three Minnesota locations and provide telephone support for one remote location. This position operates under minimal guidance from management or senior staff. The Application Support Specialist ensures ProMed’s brand, philosophy, systems, policies, and procedures are properly implemented and observed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues with Epicor Kinetic software, including BAQs, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
- Create new and modify existing reports for Epicor Kinetic using BAQ and Microsoft Report Writer.
- Create dashboards and reports with Epicor Grow (Business Intelligence).
- Participate in project planning, testing and implementation of Epicor Kinetic upgrades.
- Create and maintain documentation for Epicor systems.
- Administer SharePoint and Teams in M365 environment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Required:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with IT-related courses.
- 4 years IT support experience.
- 1 years Microsoft SSRS or Report Writer experience.
- Demonstrative knowledge of BAQ, Microsoft Report Writer and SSRS.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Epicor Kinetic).
- Experience with Azure/Entra Administration.
- Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to explain technical information in understandable language to nontechnical staff members.
Preferred:
- Experience with administration of SharePoint and Teams.
- Microsoft Certifications is a plus.

While performing the duties of this job:

- It is necessary to grasp and manipulate pens, markers, scissors, staplers, etc. occasionally to frequently.
- Employee must see and hear on a continuous basis as well as speak frequently;
- Position varies from standing, sitting, walking, etc. On some occasions it may be necessary to move quickly, run, etc. over smooth or uneven surfaces.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
