Springhouse Pikesville ProMedica Senior Living Community is hiring a Food Service (Culinary Program) Director
As the Food Service Director, you plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Food Service Area. You direct the preparation, service, and delivery of meals to provide healthy and appetizing food to residents, families, and guests. Because you are always in contact with residents and families, and to guarantee their satisfaction, this position requires tact, sensitivity and a professional attitude and appearance.

Job Requirements
Education : Associate Degree in Food Services or Dietetics or successful completion of a Food Service Management course; Bachelor's degree preferred
Skills : Ability to communicate effectively, using written and verbal English with internal and external customers
Years of Experience : 1-2 years hospitality or health care food service management experience and experience working with the elderly preferred
License : Food Service Sanitation certificate per State / Local requirements
Certification : N / A
