We design custom floral arrangements for everyday occasions, weddings, corporate events, and much more. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Floral Designer who is passionate about flowers and eager to bring beauty into our clients’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Design & Create Arrangements: Craft floral arrangements for various occasions including birthdays, weddings, funerals, corporate events, and holidays.
• Customer Consultations: Work closely with customers to understand their style preferences and color themes, offering suggestions to meet their needs and budget.
• Inventory Management: Help track and manage flower stock, ensuring flowers are fresh and supplies are organized.
• Quality Control: Maintain high design standards, ensuring each arrangement meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Shop Presentation: Assist with store displays, ensuring the shop is visually appealing and welcoming.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the sales team and other designers to fulfill orders efficiently and meet deadlines.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Floral Designer, Florist, or similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of flower varieties, seasonality, and maintenance requirements.
• Creative flair with the ability to conceptualize and execute a wide range of design styles.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs., and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
