What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Assistant position at Promenade Management?
A well-established senior living organization with facilities in New York state is seeking an internal sales representative.
What you will do:
- Work in a growing company to help educate families on senior care options and find the right Promenade community to meet their needs
- Respond to inbound leads and help guide families from initial consultation, to touring of facilities, and ultimately moving into a Promenade Senior Living community in New York's Hudson Valley.

- Success is measured by reaching daily call benchmarks, scheduling tours at communities, and converting leads into move-ins resulting in achievement of a monthly quota

- Flexibility - You need to be available to work evening, nights and weekends. We are a consumer facing business and need to be available when our families need us
Sales Representative:
- Take inbound internet/ phone leads and help offer families senior living options within the Promenade community care programs
- Ability to provide excellent customer advice and guidance through telephone communication regarding senior living options
- Achieve daily call benchmarks by documenting returned calls and scheduling tours at Promenade communities
- Actively listen to and assess information quickly to determine proper senior living option for prospective resident
- Follow up on on-line inquiries in a timely basis
- Update CRM system related to prospective customer interactions
- Build relationships with prospective residents and identify their needs as they relate to senior living options
- Educate prospective customers on Promenade communities senior living programs, room availability and pricing
- Understands the NYS Medicaid entitlements and eligibility requirements
- Participate in marketing and branding meetings when invited and appropriate
- Utilize social media and other advertising to promote company mission and brand
- Schedules are set based on business needs, and may include regularly scheduled evenings and weekends, along with some holiday shifts during the year.
- Other tasks and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:

- Computer literate and can enter relevant information into a CRM while also actively listening
- Demonstrated experience in the senior care industry or other relevant experience and willingness to learn
- Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced environment
- Achieve success working in a metrics driven environment
- Experience demonstrating the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion with respect to matters of significance required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service, coaching and training skills
- Ability to independently organize own work, set priorities, and meet critical time deadline
- Strong computer skills necessary, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Maintain accurate records and files of work performed
