Aids in Workday transactions and reporting as well as annual governmental reporting requirements. Establishes and maintains a solid working relationship with all departments and entities to facilitate a better understanding of the business process. Requires a clear understanding of Internal Controls surrounding security groups within Workday. Assists in the administration of policies and procedures. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assists with problem resolution in Workday, building organizations within Workday, maintains reporting, creates new processes to improve Workday performance, assists other departments with Workday issues, etc. Executes and assists in developing testing and quality assurance processes to ensure system functionality meets requirements. Develops and implements training and communication plans to ensure system users are properly trained and informed. Abides by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI). Maintains confidentiality in all activities. Provides for a positive customer experience ensuring that their concerns are directed to the appropriate person. Collaborates with cross-functional teams Researches and documents issue resolution within the application system for appropriate departments as problems arise – responding to requests submitted via Workday or other channels. Accurately documents work completed and other key metrics. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Advanced knowledge with computers and Microsoft Office programs (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint). High level of customer service skills and ability to deal with all types of situations and problems in a calm and professional manner. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and stressful setting. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all times.
