Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for checking in members and their guests, greeting them in a friendly and professional manner, and engaging with them to develop relationships. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. You will also be expected to prepare and present checks, perform cashier duties, and assist with events as needed. In addition, you will be responsible for completing assigned side work prior to starting or ending a shift, assisting with cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of the restaurant area, and being a reliable person who can handle all positions the restaurant demands.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with previous serving experience. You must also be able to obtain a State of Utah food handler's certification within two weeks of employment and hold a recognized alcohol server training card by the Utah Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control (UDABC).
