Job Title: Scheduling Assistant / Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
This position will be working to assist our Scheduling Lead and Resource Lead. They will primarily assist our scheduling department with daily tasks and projects.

There are two options for work hours - Wednesday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm or Monday - Friday 10 am - 3 pm.
Compensation: $18-$20/hr.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Respond to client emails timely and professionally.
· Input new depositions to the Solaria calendar database.
· Assist clients and scheduling team in booking conference rooms for out-of-town events.
· Send clients daily confirmation emails to check status of next day jobs. Follow up throughout the day to ensure all jobs confirm or cancel.
· Ensure that all details and documents are saved in the correct place within the database.
· Assist facilitate audio transcription requests. Ensure all necessary information is received and provide clients with audio transcription quotes.
· Answer and direct all inbound calls from multi-line telephone system to the appropriate individual. Take and direct messages, as necessary.
· Utilize PMHG’s database to answer production and scheduling-related questions for clients when necessary.
· Provide coverage support for other members of the scheduling and production team.
· Assist Resource Lead when needed.
· Assist Accounting Manager with collection calls as needed.

· Ability to learn new skills, adapt to new situations, and maintain flexibility in a continuously evolving and improving environment.
· Must be able to work with repeated interruptions and juggle many tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
· Basic knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook.
· Maintain confidentiality and to represent B&A Litigation in a manner consistent with its decorum.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
