Key Responsibilities:
- Apply cash receipts, return credits, on-account payments and collections in a timely and accurate manner
- Attached remittances and backups to Exceedra/AFS, ensuring compliance with departmental and audit standards
- Navigate customer websites to access necessary documentation and attach to Exceedra/AFS
- Prepare and research on-account payment packages for management review
- Maintain thorough and organized accounts receivable files
- Meet or exceed collection metrics, reducing open aging and bad debt reserves
