As a Patient Relations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in their overall experience. This position requires a proactive, personable, and detail-oriented individual who can balance administrative responsibilities with a strong focus on patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with patients and addressing their individual needs.
• Manage administrative and clinical tasks, including answering phone calls, greeting patients, data entry, and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Collect payments and assist with insurance verification when necessary.
• Schedule and manage provider calendars, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
• Collaborate effectively with clinicians and administrative staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient work environment.
• Learn and adapt quickly to new software systems and clinic processes.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need :

• Physical capability : Sit, stand, kneel / stoop, and lift up to 45 lbs as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience (required).
• Associate or bachelors degree (preferred).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
