Essential Functions and Primary Duties
1. Lead significant internal change of systems and approaches to leveraging technology.
2. Understanding existing systems, ability to identify and lead the implementation of streamlined systems.
3. Work closely with others on the leadership team to identify, prioritize, and execute plans.
4. Lead and facilitate industry technology approach.
5. Oversee all digital components and strategy.
6. Map business processes.
7. Oversee web strategy and product development efforts.
8. Develop and manage budgets for technology projects.
9. Ensure security, compliance, and risk management for all IT systems.
10. Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure technology alignment with organizational goals.
Skills/Experience Required
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as computer science, information technology or information systems.
2. Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
3. Proven hands-on leadership experience, with a track record of leading teams while actively contributing to project success.
4. Exceptional time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy and quality of all deliverables.
7. Proficient understanding of computer programming and software development practices.
8. In-depth knowledge of databases, and data transport mechanisms, including APIs and XML.
9. Extensive experience in technology leadership, with a demonstrated ability to manage IT teams and influence technology strategy.
10. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to drive technology initiatives and business outcomes.
