The Roadmap to Success:
As our Automotive Service Advisor, you’ll:
- Be the first friendly face (and voice!) customers encounter.
- Provide expert advice and estimates, guiding customers with confidence and clarity.
- Coordinate scheduling, parts, and quality control for a seamless experience.
- Use your positive attitude and multitasking skills to keep the day running like a finely tuned engine.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor.
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to creating memorable experiences.
- Familiarity with all makes of vehicles—European, Asian, Domestic.
- Enthusiasm, reliability, and a "team player" mindset.
- A clean driver’s license and a strong work ethic.
