Position Overview
As an Automotive Store Director, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring that every customer receives top-notch service. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring operational expertise, a passion for customer service, and strong team-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of service advisors and technicians. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily shop operations, including workflow management, inventory control, and adherence to safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Customer Experience: Ensure all customers receive outstanding service. Build lasting relationships by addressing concerns, providing solutions, and exceeding expectations.
- Sales & Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales goals. Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
- Community Engagement: Company Representative within the community. Build partnerships and promote the brand through local outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in automotive service management.
