Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, focusing on various aspects of property damage recovery, including mold remediation, water damage restoration, fire restoration, and asbestos abatement. This role requires a hands-on approach to restore properties to their pre-damage condition while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct water damage restoration tasks, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
- Perform mold remediation and ensure proper containment and removal of hazardous materials.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration tasks like demo and reconstruction.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all restoration activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the restoration process.
- Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop effective restoration plans.
- Document all work performed and communicate progress with supervisors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of mold remediation techniques and asbestos abatement practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with water damage restoration processes and equipment.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during restoration projects.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various conditions.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
