Job Description
Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth for our agency by developing strong relationships with resellers and channels in your assigned territory. This involves representing our company at all associated activities, maintaining healthy customer relationships, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
You'll also create campaigns to boost revenue, coordinate customer appreciations, and ensure that cold calls are made on applications generated from events, renewal quotes are created, and quotes are followed up on. Additionally, you'll engage in grassroots marketing efforts on a daily basis and monitor daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year's sales experience, and the ability to obtain a P&C license within 60 days. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential, as well as computer proficiency.
Bilingual communications skills in English and Spanish are highly desirable.
