To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is essential, as is the ability to travel regularly within your designated territory.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also necessary for this position. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly desirable, as is prior experience in the insurance industry.

We're committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect, and we believe that every employee deserves a workplace that feels like home.
We're proud to offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) and Roth options, tax-advantaged accounts, educational expense reimbursement, and paid parental leave. You'll also have access to digital mental health services, flexible work hours, training programs, and more.
