What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Sales Specialist position at Allstate Insurance Sales and Service Agency?
Looking for Allstate experienced licensed insurance sales and service professionals to grow and prosper in our Neighborhood Allstate Agency.
Base salary will vary according to experience and current licenses carried.

Candidate must have insurance sales and service experience. Property and casualty and Life and health licenses are needed for this position.
You will be expected to prospect and sell to new and existing customers through telemarketing, mailing, advertising and referrals from existing clients.
You will need to become an expert on all our products, discounts, underwriting requirements and trailing documents needed for all new business and endorsements on existing policies.
Candidate must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team to reach monthly goals!
You will be given minimum sales productivity goals to reach with ability to make bonus dollars.
