SRS Insurance Brokerage is looking for an outgoing, goal-oriented professional to join the team. We have an opening for a Sales Producer who is driven to grow in their career while properly underwriting and selling insurance policies. This individual must be a personable, highly motivated, detailed-oriented, and organized in order to hit individual sales goals.
Founded in 1997, SRS Brokerage is a full-service independent agency with the expertise to help individuals, families and businesses with personal and commercial insurance needs. We are currently looking to grow and expand our reach in order to better serve our clients.
The ideal candidate is coachable, detail-oriented and self motivated. They will be responsible for quoting and selling various insurance products to new and existing clients. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze clients' needs in order to properly underwrite each policy and provide suitable insurance solutions.

LICENSE REQUIRED to receive commissions and advance career.
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty License
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Insurance sales experience
- Sales background
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Outside sales and negotiation skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Customer service knowledge
