Position: Load Sales Support – Staff
Location: Austin, TX 78750 (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Subject to change)

• Korean language proficiency is mandatory

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Load Sales Support professional to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base within the freight forwarding and logistics industries. This role involves promoting company services, managing customer interactions, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities in logistics and freight forwarding.
• Actively promote company services to increase sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service excellence.
• Address customer inquiries related to pricing, services, and credit terms.
• Support sales teams by facilitating communication and managing follow-ups.
• Stay informed about industry competitors and market dynamics.
• Generate reports and provide insights to enhance sales performance.
• Handle additional tasks as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, such as telemarketing or customer acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and close sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent sales presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the U.S.
