About the Role:Propaganda Creative is looking for a well-rounded, senior-level designer who can do more than just make things look good. You understand how design solves problems, tells stories, and builds trust. This role is ideal for someone with strong brand experience who’s also comfortable across packaging, layout, campaigns, and everything in between.
You’ll work on a wide variety of projects, from developing full brand identities and strategic design systems to laying out packaging, signage, promotional materials, digital content, and other real-world applications. We’re not looking for someone to stay in one lane. We’re looking for someone who can think big, execute cleanly, and knows how to bring a concept to life from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
- Concept and create complete brand identity systems (not just logos)
- Apply brand systems across packaging, print collateral, signage, apparel, and more
- Work on campaign assets and design for events, social, and out-of-home
- Collaborate with our creative team on brand strategy and client direction
- Present work to clients with confidence and clarity
- Handle multiple projects without losing quality or momentum
- Help raise the creative bar and push our work forward
- Create work that hits hard and makes whole room say, “holy s#it, that’s awesome.”
What You Bring:
- 2 years of professional design experience (agency preferred, but fast-paced freelance is okay too)
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, strategy, positioning, strong concepts, and general design excellence
- VERY confidence with type, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
- An understanding of how to build and maintain a cohesive visual system
- Bonus points if you have light motion skills, or any other skillset that can be utilized (video, 3D, photography, animation, etc.)
