Key Objectives:
- Deliver outstanding, reliable service to PEP customers.
- Lead by example to uphold and enhance our customer service standards.
- Oversee operations, office management, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive business growth through strategic marketing and sales efforts.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, developers, and vendors, promoting the transition to propane solutions.
- Develop efficient processes and systems for streamlined operations and growth.
- Create tailored sales proposals for homeowners, builders, and contractors, showcasing energy-efficient opportunities.
- Monitor budgets, oversee inventory, and ensure effective resource utilization.
- Represent PEP at industry events and within the local community to promote our brand.
- Manage safety compliance, staff training, and quality control audits to uphold operational excellence.
- Lead propane inventory control and ensure the timely ordering of products.
- Drive long-term planning and reporting of key business metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Engineering preferred (not required).
- 5 years of sales experience and a strong operational background, preferably in the propane industry.
- Knowledge of residential heating systems, propane gas codes, and industry standards.
- Proven leadership experience with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on growth and financial success.
- Valid driver’s license; Class B CDL with endorsements (hazmat, tanker, air brakes) is a plus.
