National Accounts Analyst
Remote Position
$68,000 - $75,000 Annual Salary

Position Summary:
Seeking a National Accounts Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing data, market trends, and portfolio performance to support strategic decision making for National Accounts. This role involves working closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to optimize strategies, increase client retention, and drive profitability. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Primary:
- Creates standardized and custom reports based on the collection and analysis of operational trends through various systems including Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Collaborates with Operations teams to identify site specific trends and review monthly client P&Ls and performance.
- Analyzes data to identify trends and insights within current and potential National Accounts to optimize revenue growth, client satisfaction and retention.
- Provides insights and recommendations to the management team based on data analysis and account performance metrics.
- Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with National Account stakeholders.
- Performs budget, forecast, and actual analysis to evaluate and report on performance using key performance metrics.
- Conducts market research on target clients and current market conditions as directed.
- Collaborates with Sales and Marketing teams to design customized strategies for key National Accounts.
- Further develops and maintains the warehouse of core client deliverables.
- Prepares and presents ad hoc analysis and reports to supervisors and National Accounts team.
- Adheres to company branding and image standards when producing print and media assets.

- Completes all tasks in a timely manner as instructed by the Senior Vice President, National Accounts.
- Cooperates with management and coworkers to ensure that services can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of internal and external customers.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply problem solving skills to financial scenarios.
- Sufficient level of aptitude with the ability to utilize advanced functionality of Microsoft Excel.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and various financial technology and reporting applications.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to represent the company effectively in a variety of settings with a demonstrated understand and appreciation for diverse cultures.
- Outstanding teamwork and project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications.
- Ability to compose professional internal and external business communications including reports, memos, letters, and e-mails.
- Desire to improve processes, take initiative, and solve problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, finance, or accounting; one to three years of experience in financial analysis or equivalent analytical experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
