Position Overview

Leading software company dedicated to providing innovative business solutions seeks a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter for this fully remote position.

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments with potential clients for sales executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using targeted lists provided by the company
  • Engage in meaningful discussions with prospects to understand their business software challenges and needs
  • Inform prospects about the features and benefits of solutions
  • Qualify leads based and arrange appointments for sales executives
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and scheduled appointments in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales, outside sales, business development, B2B sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage prospects over the phone and build rapport quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes a plus
