Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective clients through various channels, including online research, professional networking platforms, targeted outreach, and personalized communication.
• Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to educate clients about various benefits packages, including health, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, and more.
• Collaborate with clients to design customized benefits packages that suit their organizational objectives and employee preferences.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of activities and client communications in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in employee benefits, as an insurance agent, or a related role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
