Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide expert guidance on policies, employee relations, and performance management.
- Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and resolving payroll inquiries.
- Calculate wages, process deductions, and manage payroll adjustments, including hires, terminations, and salary changes.
- Maintain accurate HRIS and payroll records, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Play an active role in recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and supporting employee development initiatives.
- Collaborate on diversity and inclusion initiatives, helping foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Identify opportunities to optimize HRIS and payroll processes and stay updated on HR and payroll technology trends.
