Our client, a boutique investment firm and private, high-net-worth family office is seeking a Senior Project Accountant to join their strong, close-knit accounting team. This firm is well established, and you would be at the forefront of a unique industry.
This role will be fully on-site (5x / week) and based in Manhattan.
About the role and your impact :
Property / project-level review of accounting data
Financial statement preparation
Budgeting and expense analysis
Annual audit and tax support
Additional duties as assigned
What you'll bring :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA preferred
5 years of accounting experience, ideally within real estate, construction, and / or high-net worth family office
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel)
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
