As the new PLG Growth Manager, you'll drive the growth strategy from the ground up, focusing on turning users into paying customers by enhancing user experiences and optimising how they interact with the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end PLG growth strategy to drive new revenue streams and convert free users into paying customers.
- Optimise user journeys to ensure onboarding is seamless and time-to-value is shortened.
- Run experiments to increase activation and conversion rates, improve engagement, and reduce churn using data to guide every decision.
