Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive OCM Lead to manage and oversee the implementation of organizational change initiatives. The OCM Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition during business transformations, system implementations, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive employee adoption and organizational readiness for change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the organizational change management strategy and execution.
- Develop and implement change management plans tailored to the needs of various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, HR, and business leaders to ensure alignment between change management and project goals.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential challenges and risks to the organization during the change process.
- Provide training and communication strategies to ensure employees are prepared for change and equipped to perform their roles.
- Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions to engage employees and leadership in the change process.
- Track and measure the success of change initiatives using KPIs, employee feedback, and other metrics.
- Monitor and report on employee adoption and resistance to change, making necessary adjustments to the change strategy.
- Act as a liaison between leadership, employees, and other stakeholders to foster communication and understanding throughout the change process.
- Identify and mentor change champions within the organization to help drive successful change adoption.
- Ensure that all change management activities are in line with organizational culture and values.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. (Master’s preferred)
- 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with a focus on leading transformation projects.
- Proficient in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process).
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
- Experience with digital transformation, IT system implementations, or process reengineering projects is a plus.
