12 years of IT experience and minimum of 8 years of experience in Server administration At least 5 year experience of any one of the Virtualization platforms HyperV VMWare vCentre and Cloud AWS Azure is must Should have performed Windows server administration activities Willing to provide 24x7 support flexible to work in the shifts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES on premise on Cloud:

Experience in Windows servers at single or multi domain platforms
Experience in Project Management Deployment Installation Administration Maintenance and Troubleshooting of various Microsoft Operating Systems and Application
Proficient in Active Directory GPOs DNS DHCP File Print Server WSUS Microsoft Clustering
Provide Support to L1 team in creating SOPs resolving issues in completing daily assigned activities including the training
Experience with Microsoft Windows servers including Active Directory Azure AD Group Policy DNS DHCP and ADFS
Act as a Subject matter expert for Windows Servers Active Directory VMware and Citrix Environments
Designs deploys and troubleshoots VMWare ESXi Servers
Designs configure and manages Nutanix Clusters
Designs configure and manages Citrix XenApp
Technical Expertise in Cloud solutions Azure AWS
Familiarity with monitoring tools Networking concepts and storage technologies
Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills with ability to handle complex situations
Provides Supervision and Direction to team members
Collaborate with client and internal teams
Strong customer service collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Strong communication documentation and collaboration skills
